My PlateThe school breakfast and lunch menus are planned each month by a Registered Dietitian to meet United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) specified health guidelines for each age group. The detailed guidelines can be found in the Federal Register – National School Lunch Program document.

The current meal pattern increases the availability of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains in the school menu, and decreases the sodium and saturated fat content of the meals. The school meals provide the nutrients and energy that students need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
